Les sociétés modernes ont réussi à dénaturer – en créant de graves problèmes de santé – même l’acte purificateur par excellence : aller aux toilettes !
Chez les juifs, tous les produits du corps (sang, excréments et sperme) étaient des contaminants. L’Ancien Testament mentionnait toujours les excréments en termes péjoratifs. Dans les Saintes Écritures, nos excréments ont toujours été associés à l’idée de torture et de souillure infectieuse, et ce non seulement pour les fèces mais aussi pour l’acte d’évacuation lui-même. Même Adam et Eve n’ont déféqué qu’au moment de leur expulsion du Paradis.
Toutes ces déviations historico-religieuses ont conduit (et ce n’est pas un hasard) au fil des siècles à la position la plus incorrecte pour déféquer : la position assise ! La position parfaite et physiologique est la position accroupie, dite turque : elle sollicite les muscles abdominaux qui massent l’intestin ; elle est inconfortable et ne se prête donc pas aux longues lectures qui ralentissent le temps de vidange et réduisent le stimulus ; c’est la position la plus correcte pour la vidange complète de l’ampoule rectale car elle favorise l’annulation de l’angle ano-rectal qui tend à se redresser permettant l’évacuation et réduisant les risques d’hémorroïdes dus au stress.
QUELLE EST LA SOLUTION ?
Il est fortement recommandé (surtout en cas de constipation et d’hémorroïdes) d’utiliser un tabouret de toilette (d’une hauteur d’environ 18/20 cm), qui permet de surélever les pieds, en formant un angle d’environ 35° entre le thorax et les cuisses, redressant ainsi l’ampoule rectale.
